POV: A situation in a shop 👗😲

You’ve bought a nice T-shirt but it has shrunk in the wash so much. Come to the shop and complain about its quality 

Customer: Isabella Coba 

Seller: Zharick Navarro

Manager: Zharick Jimenez 

Customer: Hello, a few days ago I bought this t-shirt, but when I washed it, it shrunk, what solution can you give me?

Seller: Oh, excuse me, can you give me the receipt of your purchase?

Customer: Of course! Here you have it.

Seller: Let me tell the problem to the Manager

Customer: Thank you

Manager: Hello, the saleswoman told me about the problem, can you talk to me in more detail?

Customer: Of course! I wore the t-shirt yesterday and today I washed it in the washing machine, and when I took it out I noticed that it was shrunk. I bought it last week.

Manager: I understand. We apologize, we don’t know what happened to the t-shirt, we will refund your money and additionally we will give you a gift, a coupon with a 75% discount in our store. It's a pleasure to serve you!
